Dear All, Namaste & Greeting from Sagarmatha Insurance Company Ltd. Fiscal Year 2016/017 was an extra ordinary challenging year for the company. Despite the devastating earthquake that shook the entire nation in the year 2014/015, everything we achieved last year, everything we are today, and everything we stand for is a tribute to the commitment of our stakeholders. As one of Nepal's leading insurer for over 21 years, we know that our competitive advantage lies in our ability to maintain a difference in the service that we provide. To cope up with the tough competition & stay ahead, last year we have launched Sagarmtha VIP on the SPOT claim settlement service for our existing and the new customers and also we established separate customer care department team to provide best service to the customer from every corner. Looking ahead to the rest of 2016/017 and beyond, our top priority will be to improve consumer confidence in the general insurance industry by providing higher standards of customer service through best available insurance protection policy.
